Update- Doesn’t have anything to do with my first call. I got my bill from renewal and it was increased, now again I receive bill for next month it’s gone up again. I’ve been with this company for over many years! I was told a different amount on my next due bill, but now I still see a different amount again. Which one is it, why is it going up without any incidents within a space of 2 months of renewal: first increase and then second increase within this short period. ———————- I want appreciate Chris, for his patience and detailed explanation. Thank you for taking time to explain different policies. You are a Rock star!
